Inspection Process and Report

I have developed a methodical approach to inspecting a home from the inside out, top to bottom. My inspection will describe problems or defects, determine causes, provide implications, and then provide directions and guidance for fixing the problems. The report is approximately 15-20 pages with photographs of observed defects and a separate section labeled "Summary".

The summary section is at the front of the report and includes any system or component that does not function as intended, adversely affects the habitability of the dwelling, appears to warrant further investigation by a specialist, or requires subsequent observation.
