Annual Maintenance Analysis

All homes require a periodic and thorough inspection from top to bottom, INSIDE & OUT

I suggest that you have your home evaluated once every few years (or more often if there is a need i.e. very old or being remodeled etc) for problems since your last inspection, including the roof, structure, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning/heat, crawl space, and other items too numerous to mention.

After severe storms, roofs, flashings, sidings, and windows should be inspected for major trouble spots. Problems can arise from storms, affecting roofs, flashings and even under your house in crawl spaces due to defective grading and water infiltration. Natural aging also plays a part in structural items, as well as plumbing, air ducts, and structural supports. Before minor problems develop into expensives repairs, have your home periodically inspected!
