Inspection includes:

• Service entrance conductors
• Grounding
• Amperage branch circuits
• Switches
• GFCI receptacles

The majority of homes have at least one electrical defect and older homes usually have many. Some can be serious depending on the situation etc.

Removal of the electrical panel cover to inspect the circuit breaker/fuse connections, wiring, bus bars, components, panel condition etc. is necessary.
